Editor's Note (Toru Nakagawa, Mar. 8, 2009)
In this page I am going to record a list of postings of presentations given at the Fourth TRIZ Symposium in Japan, 2008 , held by the Japan TRIZ Society on Sept. 10-12, 2008 at Laforet Biwako, Moriyama, Shiga (near Kyoto).
There are three relevant Web sites:
(A) Official Web site of Japan TRIZ Society (still weak in English pages),
(B) Official Pages of (former) Japan TRIZ CB(inside "TRIZ Home Page in Japan", and operated by Toru Nakagawa for the purpose of supporting (A) especially in English),
(C) Ordinary public pages of "TRIZ Home Page in Japan" (Editor: Toru Nakagawa)Official policy of Japan TRIZ Society was announced in (B) on Feb. 4, 2009. (Correction: Apr. 17, 2009 TN) It says:
Concerning to the Web posting of the Japan TRIZ Symposium 2008 presentations, the Japan TRIZ Society has recently decided as follows:
Keynotes and Invited Talk: Slides (and papers, if supplied) will be posted publicly in the Official Pages (and in the Official Pages of the former Japan TRIZ CB) in Januay or February both in Japanese and in English.
Contributed presentations (either Oral or Poster): Slides (and papers, if supplied) will be posted in the 'Society Members Pages' of the Society's Official Web Site in June in Japanese. Selected six presentations, which obtained highest votes by the Symposium participants, will be posted earlier, in March or April, publicly in the Official Pages (and in the Official Pages of the former Japan TRIZ CB). (Phrases in red are inserted for correction: Apr. 17, 2009 TN)
Note: According to our Call for Papers, the Authors of presentations at the Symposium have given Japan TRIZ Society non-exclusive copyrights of publishing their papers in the Proceedings and posting in some Web sites chosen by the Society. The Authors retain the copyrights of their own papers, and hence they are free to submit their own papers to any journals or Web sites for publication or posting; in such a publication the Authors are requested to refer to the Fourth TRIZ Symposium in Japan.
Nakagawa's Policy, accordingly, is posted as a Note of Mar. 5, 2009 in (B) and (C). Here it is:
Note (Nakagawa, Mar. 5, 2009):
According to the above situations Nakagawa is going to post the presentations as follows:
(a) In the Official Pages of Japan TRIZ CB (inside "TRIZ Home Page in Japan"): Presentations that Japan TRIZ Society has decided to post publicly in its Official Web site will be posted in their original form without introductory articles. Presentations that Japan TRIZ Society has decided to post in the 'Society Members Pages' will not be posted in the present Official Pages of Japan TRIZ CB, because the site does not have the option of limiting accesses.
(b) In the ordinary pages of "TRIZ Home Page in Japan" (Editor: Toru Nakagawa): Presentations contributed/approved by the authors and selected by the Editor will be posted together with some introduction by Nakagawa.
According to these policies, I am going to post a number of excellent presentations in the Web sites (B) and (C), both open to public access. For wider penetration of these presentations, I am going to attach my introduction to each pesentation. Such introduction will be an excerpt from my 'Personal Report of Japan TRIZ Symposium 2008' (posted in English on Oct. 26, 2008) and its Japanese translation (to be made one by one from now). The List below will be extended whenever we have new postings.
Editor's Note Addendum (Toru Nakagawa, Jul. 10, 2009)
Japan TRIZ Society has posted the following items in the Members' Only area of its Official Web site :
All the presentation slides in Japanese of all the presenters (both from Japan and from overseas) in PDF.
All the optionally-submitted full papers both in Japanese and in English of all the presenters (both from Japan and from overseas) in PDF. (Jul. 10, 2009)
(Note: A list of all the presentations may be seen in the Agenda )In "TRIZ Home Page in Japan", I have publicly posted 6 more selected pesentations as listed in Tables (5) and (6) below.
Editor's Note Addendum 2 (Toru Nakagawa, Dec. 30, 2009)
