(A1) Policies of WTSP

 Aims

To build a (big) page of introducing/linking TRIZ-related Web sites in the World.

To make visible the TRIZ-related activities, results, and accumulated knowledge in the world

To connect the TRIZ-related Web sites in the world together for active information sharing.

To work voluntarily and together for developing and proliferating TRIZ and relevant methodologies in the whold world.

To make active and cooperative communities in TRIZ and relevant methodologies in the world.

To serve for developing and applying TRIZ-related methodologies for solving various problems in the world creatively and innovatively.

To contribute to industries, society, culture, etc. in the world.

To serve for welfare, happiness, and peace of people in the whole world.

 Goals of Outputs

To describe (for introduction) individual Web sites (and similar media) in TRIZ and relevant methodologies in the world.

To make Lists of such Web sites, in each country, in each Region, and in the whole world.

To make Lists of such Web sites also in a way categorized with the methodologies and the fields.

The documents are to be written in English finally, but initially in various national languages (as well as in English) as drafts, and also later to be translated in different national languages for wider dissemination.

The output documents are to be openly and widely publicized and shared in the world.

The output documents are to be updated regularly for reflecting emerging activities, results, and knowledge accumulation.

 Documentation process

(1a) Any documents (in English) either drafted by a Project member or contributed by a person outside the Project through a Project meber should be treated first as draft documents (or else comments) and stored in some appropriate subfolders (such as Region/Country subfolders) of the Project Draft (Main Folder).  The drafts should be brushed up to some extent by the Project Members relevant to the Region/Country, etc.

(1b) Any draft documents written in non-English language should be stored in some appropriate place of 'My Drive' (i.e. not 'Company/Project Drive') of any responsible Project Member.  Such 'My Drive' area can/should be shared by a small number of Members responsible for documentation in such a (non-English) language.  The drafts should be brushed up to some extent by such group of Members.

(2a) Documents (in English) brushed up to some extent are copied into some appropriate subfolders of the Project Internal (Main Folder), for the purpose of reviews and revisions by (any of ) Project Members. 

(2b) Documents in any non-English language, brushed up to some extent, are copied into some appropriate subfolders of the 'Region-L-NonEnglish Languages' Folder in the Project Internal (Main Folder), for the purpose of reviews and revisions by (any of ) Project Members.

(3a) Documents (in English), refined to the extent suitable for publicizing, are copied into some appropriate subfolders of the Open Public (Main Folder) for the purpose of making open for public viewing and usage by any persons inside/outside the Project.  The WTSP Project, especially the Project Leader and Global Co-editors, are responsible for publicizing these documents, either as Interim or Completed Outputs.

(3b) Documents in any non-English language, refined to the extent suitable for publicizing, are copied into some appropriate subfolders of the 'Region-L-NonEnglish Languages' Folder in the Open Public (Main Folder) for the purpose fo making open for public viewing and usage by any persons inside/outside the Project.  Responsibility of some WTSP Member who edited and publicized the (non-English) documents should be stated.

(4a) Documents (either in English or in non-English language) posted in the Open Public (Main Folder) may be viewed and downloaded by any people inside/outside the Project.  The copyrights of such documents must be observed by citing the WTSP Project. 

(4b) Reposting of either whole or parts of the documents (either in English or in non-English language) posted in the Open Public (Main Folder) is allowed to any Member of WTSP Project, under the conditions of citing the original source, the WTSP Project.  In case of selecting, restructuring, modifying, updating, etc. of the WTSP documents, remarks of such changes should be staated in the repost.

 Organizing the Project Team

The WTSP Project is an organization of voluntary Members who want to work together for the stated aims on a not-for-profit basis.

The WTSP Project is open for any leaders and colleagues in TRIZ and relevant mehodologies, without limiting by countries, languages, methodologies, interests, etc. 

Any person who wants to join the WTSP Project must fill in the Membership Application Form and send it to the Project Leader via email, and open a membership account for oneself in our Bitrix24 platform.  He/she should work voluntarily and cooperatively for achieving the goals together, especially for documentation in the Bitrix24 platform. 

The WTSP Project is going to assign Country Editors (in case having multiple Members for an country), Regional Editors, Global Co-editors, and Project Leader, among the Members on a voluntary basis.  Toru Nakagawa, who proposed to initiate this Project, serves as the Project Leader.
